Michael Bodetti
CEO President
- Michael founded TnT Expense Management in 1999 and continues to drive TnT’s overall strategic vision and key business priorities that have been necessary to maintain the Company’s reputation for leadership, quality, and superior customer service in the Telecom Expense Management (TEM) industry. During the past eleven years Michael has successfully grown TnT Expense Management which serves global enterprises in the following markets: Financial Services, Investments, Insurance, Retail and Technology. His vision has solidified TnT in the forefront of international expansion.

Michael has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications and technology industries and has worked with all size companies, from start-up entities to Fortune 50 corporations. Prior to establishing TnT Expense Management, he was the Vice President of Telecommunications & Call Center Technology with Cendant Corporation. While at Cendant, he managed an annual telecom budget of approximately $120MM per year, and directed a staff of 200 technical professionals in 250 offices and 60 Call Centers worldwide.

Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and his MBA in Finance from Sacred Heart University, and is an adjunct professor at the graduate level. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Bridgeport Graduate Center, helping to formulate UB’s graduate curriculum.

He has been a speaker at numerous IT, leadership, and telecom conferences, including: The Wall Street Technology Association’s (WSTA’s) recent forum on “IT/Networking Trends and Technology Solutions”; a CIO Executive Roundtable on “What CEOs Want From Their CIOs”; and, the IQPC TEM Conference in San Francisco this past February on the topic “Deciding Between a Software or Outsourced TEM Solution.” He has been interviewed by PhonePlus Magazine, had an article (“Getting a Handle on Handhelds”) published in Computer World Magazine, and was a contributing author for Dr. Gad Salig’s book, Implementing IT Governance: A Practical Guide to Global Best Practices in IT Management.

Tony Bodetti
COO & VP Wireless Services - Tony Bodetti oversees TnT's Wireless Management Services which encompasses Billing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Vendor Management, Reporting and End User Support. His focus is on building and enhancing services to new and existing clients in this rapidly growing sector. As a senior member of the TnT management team, Tony is also involved with general operations and oversees quality control improvement initiatives.

Tony joined TnT with more than 20 years of experience in managing resources and client expectations. Most recently he served as Engineering Business Manager for Underwriters Laboratories where he managed three separate departments and was responsible for an
annual budget of over $22M.

Tony has a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering technology from New York Institute
of Technology and also an Associate's Degree in mechanical engineering technology.

Steve Hechler
CIO - Steve Hechler leads a team of software developers responsible for the architecture, design, delivery and technical performance of TeleBase™, TnT Expense Management's proprietary technology platform. His technical competencies include Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, ASP and various hardware platforms.

With over 20 years experience in the technology sector for several Fortune 500 companies, Steve's professional experience includes a leadership position within a large captive automotive finance company, managing the company's automotive e-commerce financing group. He has
in-depth experience with accounting, financial and data warehousing solutions.

Steve graduated from Central Connecticut State University where he earned a Bachelor
of Science in Computer Science.

Lori Thomas
Vice President, Global Head of Client Services - Lori joined TnT Expense Management in 2007 and heads our Global Client Services Division. She drives the strategy behind TnT’s Marketing and Client Management teams, directs our domestic and international expansion, and oversees our channel partnerships and strategic alliances. She has helped TnT fortify itself as the leader in customer satisfaction by ensuring that nothing but the highest caliber service is delivered to existing and prospective clients.

Lori came to TnT with a full range of wireless telecom experience. She has 15 years in the telecommunications and financial services industries, including 11 years of telecommunications vendor/carrier experience, during which time she served as a technical consultant executing large scale projects and providing strategic advisory services to C-level staff. She also spent 4 years working in the financial services industry for two of the world’s largest financial institutions, Citigroup and UBS. She was responsible for strategic sourcing, process engineering, and global multi-million dollar vendor negotiations.

Lori has her B.S. in Organizational Management from Nyack College. She is on TnT’s Board of Directors, and has recently been appointed to Telecom Expense Management Industry Association’s (TEMIA’s) Ethics Board. She is a member of numerous other professional organizations including Women in Technology International, and has received various professional awards.

Thomas FitzGerald
CFO/Board of Directors
- Along with serving as a Board Member for TnT, Thomas FitzGerald is President of Accrete Partners, an affiliate company of Goodrich Capital LLC, which provides corporate and financial advisory services to small/mid cap companies. Previously, Tom served as Chief Financial Officer of HomeLink Services Inc. and BrandDirect Marketing Inc. His expertise will serve TnT well as it continues to grow its staff and operations to meet expanding market opportunities.

Tony Menchaca
Board of Directors - Tony Menchaca joined the TnT Board of Directors in 2006 and is
a Managing Director at Main Street Direct, a leading agency and direct marketing firm. He held
a variety of senior management positions at Cendant Corporation from 1985-2000. Having served as an investor and adviser to a number of new businesses, Tony brings to TnT a new focus for increasing its industry recognition through various marketing and media channels.

Mr. Menchaca holds a BS from Kettering University and an MBA from Stanford University

John Dunleavy
VP Client Implementation - John Dunleavy oversees the TnT Expense Management Implementation Team to ensure that every client experiences a smooth transition. He is responsible for coordinating with all necessary levels of the client's management team
and remains active on each account from the initial start up to full production.

John has a strong background in marketing and project management with over 18 years
of progressive, diversified financial experience and 5 years of telecommunications management experience. Prior to TnT, John was Director of the Global Workout Group at Daimler Chrysler Capital Services and the Business Controls Advisor for IBM Credit Corporation. His lengthy career at both companies involved high-level project management, global portfolio management and significant risk management coordination.

John has a Bachelor of Arts and Science in management from Pace University, extensive postgraduate studies in accounting, and is currently pursuing an Master's Degree in Telecommunications at Pace University.

Lorraine Braden-Knox
VP Operations & Contracts - Lorraine Braden-Knox is responsible for managing the Professional Services Team which provides client Procurement, Contract Negotiations and Complex Project management Services. She has over 18 years experience in these telecom related disciplines as well as Vendor Management, Inventory Management and Invoice Processing.

Prior to joining TnT, Lorraine held management positions with several Fortune 1000 companies with responsibilities that included eBusiness, interactive voice response, and all aspects of voice project management.

Lorraine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from George Williams College.

Jeffrey Cavaliere
VP Billing Operations - Jeffrey Cavaliere oversees the billing operation and all supporting core disciplines of Digitizing, Inventory Management and Invoice Auditing for clients. He
works with his management team to ensure that the highest level of quality and accuracy is maintained within the operation and that every client's need comes first. He is responsible for network and database management, including development of client specific reports. Jeffrey
is also a key contributor on the product development team participating in the design and testing of TeleBase™.

Jeffrey has over 15 years in the telecom and technology industries with responsibility for call center business support and customer service teams. His focus has always been on utilizing telecommunications and technology to reduce costs and improve productivity. Prior to TnT, he was a Unix Systems Administrator, IVR Applications Administrator/Analyst and Billing Services Manager with various Fortune 1000 corporations.

Jeffrey has a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Central Connecticut State University.
